Current Projects - Capital Retail Park

PMG, trading as Capital Retail Park Partnership (CRPP),  formed a 50:50 JV Partnership with Capital and Regional Plc to develop a new 480,000 sq.ft retail park – Capital Shopping Park. In April 2009 PMG bought out Capital & Regional’s share in the retail park and is now the sole owner.

As at January 2011 the park is over 95% let with tenants including Costco, M&S. DW Sports Fitness, Hobycraft, Mamas & Papas, Next, Costa Coffee, Game, Greggs, Ladbrookes, McDonald’s, SCS, KFC, Smyths Toys, Carphone Warehouse, Reflections Hairdressers, Maplin Electronics, Les Croupiers Casino and the supermarket sold to ASDA.

In January 2012 CRPP agreed terms with Travelodge to take a 72 bed hotel on the site adjoining the retail park.  The deal is subject to planning and will incorporate 7,500 sq ft of A1 & A3 retail on the ground floor.
